Nicky Davies

Nicky has delivered leadership coaching and training events across four continents. She has worked with more than 15,000 managers and leaders to date, helping them fulfill their leadership and management potential.

Originally from Wales UK, Nicky started out in hotel management, then went on to retrain in psychology and therapies, working in various health organisations, then as a consultant in Organisation Development. Since October 2009 Nicky has led an Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Approved Centre delivering ILM Qualifications in Leadership and Management, Coaching and Mentoring.

She draws on all these experiences to create and deliver leadership development programmes which inspire and make a difference to people’s lives. Catherine Benteley

Catherine is a Business Communications Specialist and is passionate about the setting of high standards of professional communication in all areas of business. Prior to her time in the Middle East, Catherine spent 15 years in the UK Financial Services industry working in senior marketing and general business management roles for a number of blue-chip organisations, including Royal and Sun Alliance, MBNA and Royal Bank of Scotland.

She has been based in the Middle East since 2004 and has applied her commercial experience to facilitating diverse, multi-cultural teams across geographical locations in Asia and the Middle East in the setting and achievement of first-class communication standards.
